Royals, Royal Plus and Exceptions

Our Royals, Royal Plus supporters, and our Exceptions are those individuals who form the backbone of our extended family by supporting us with significant donations. To honor this relationship, each giving level is rewarded with certain exclusive privileges and opportunities to connect with us in significant ways. Read on!

Our ROYALS are those individuals who contribute $1,000 - $2,499 to any of our philanthropic programs (through any single gift or a combination thereof) over the course of a year.

As a Royal, we offer you the following exclusive privileges and event opportunities as our way of welcoming you to the family:

• Recognition in our Playbill
• A reserved table on each visit*
• An invitation to our Royal Revelry: an exclusive, catered event during which you have the opportunity to connect with our actors and staff
(new as of 2013!) A small pin identifying you as one of our inner circle. Wearing this when you come to the Tavern will help us recognize and better connect with you.
• (new as of 2013!) 2 First-Timer ticket vouchers: as our ambassadors, we invite you to share what you love with someone who has never been to our theater before by offering them the chance to see a show on the house.
• (new as of 2013!) An exclusive invitation to join our acting company and staff when a Guest Artist gives a lecture/demonstration or workshop.

*For practical reasons, we can only reserve a certain number of tables per night, so there is a small possibility with last-minute reservations that a reserved table may not be available on that particular night. However, this is a rare occurrence, and a timely ticket reservation will most often secure a reserved table.

ROYAL PLUS

Our ROYAL PLUS supporters are those individuals who want an even deeper connection with us, and who fortify us with donations of $2,500 - $4,999 (through any single gift or a combination thereof) over the course of a year.

As a Royal Plus, you are not only part of our inner circle, but you are recognized as a person who goes above and beyond. To honor you for your commitment to us, we offer you all of the opportunities and amenities afforded our Royals, plus:

• an exclusive VIP email address for the box office that ensures that your reservation or question gets priority attention and the first returned call
• An opportunity to attend select matinee performances free of charge in order to connect more deeply with our powerful education work
• An exclusive opportunity to speak with student participants in our Summer Intensive for Teens productions following a performance

Our EXCEPTIONS are those special individuals who contribute a total of $5,000 or more to any of our philanthropic programs (through any single gift or a combination thereof) over the course of a year. As Mr. Watkins likes to joke, “If you are an Exception, the rules do not apply to you!” In practical terms, this means that you are guaranteed a reserved table every visit, and we will create a space for you even on a sold out night. As an Exception, you will be honored as more than Royalty – you are our benefactor and we are grateful to you.

To best honor this exceptional relationship, we offer you all of the opportunities and access that our Royal Plus supporters enjoy, plus:

• Increased access to Guest Artists, such as pre-event meet & greet cocktails or exclusive Q&A opportunities
• The unique opportunity to attend select rehearsals in order to better enjoy and understand our artistic process
• A personal tour of our facility by Artistic Director Jeff Watkins or Development Director Rivka Levin, followed by a private meeting over coffee with Jeff.
